1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, interacting with, or utilizing the web infrastructure, prototyping services, or operational assets provided by Erebix Tech (the "Company"), you agree to be bound unconditionally by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any subset of these terms, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Operational Services

Erebix Tech provides advanced engineering, rapid hardware prototyping, and deep tech integration services. All timelines, including our advertised "< 96 Hour Iteration Cycles," are target metrics subject to supply chain availability.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate contracts, or cancel access to any inquiring party determined to be operating contrary to our strategic interests or international defence compliance regulations.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All proprietary blueprints, software architectures, branding, and digital assets associated with Erebix Tech remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. Clients retain ownership over their submitted intellectual property during the prototyping phase, protected under individual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

4. User Obligations & Security

Any entity interfacing with Erebix Tech must ensure:

• All provided information is accurate and up to date.
• No attempt is made to reverse-engineer, exploit, or perform unauthorized audits of our digital infrastructure.
• Strict adherence to local, state, and international trade compliance laws regarding deep tech and dual-use goods.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Erebix Tech, its directors, employees, or strategic partners be liable for any indirect or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services, website, or inability to access our networks. Prototypes are provided "as-is" for validation and testing; deployment into mission-critical scenarios is at the sole discretion and liability of the client.
